Harry Britten Skinner, 78, passed away March 27, 2005 in Bellingham, WA.

He is survived by his three children, Cinda Zemel and husband Stuart of Bellingham, Harry Craig Skinner of Boulder, CO, Sally Temple and husband John of Hamilton, MT; grandchildren, Jesse and Whitney Kiewit and Dustin, Ashley and Dana Zemel.

Harry was born on January 16, 1927 in Oklahoma City, OK and was married to Helen Phelps Skinner for 52 years. He worked for the Federal Highway Administration in Denver, Tehran and Washington D.C.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Harry's name to your local Hospice.

An open house to celebrate Harry's life will take place on Saturday, April 2, 2005 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm at 108 Viewcrest Road in Bellingham.

A Funeral Service will be held on April 23, 2005 at 3:00 pm in Memphis, TN at Memorial Park Funeral Home and Cemetery Arrangements by
