Le Ann Whiddon Jones CHATTAHOOCHEE - Le Ann Whiddon Jones, 48, a retired clerk typist who worked for the Florida State Hospital in Chattahoochee, died Wednesday, Nov. 13, 2002. The service will be at 2:30 p.m. EST Friday at Thomas Memorial Baptist Church in Quincy, with burial at Mount Pleasant Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. EST today at Lanier-Andler Funeral Home in Chattahoochee (850-663-4343). Memorial contributions may be made to Winn Dixie Hope Lodge, University of Florida, 2121 S.W. 16th St., Gainesville, FL 32608-1417, the American Cancer Society, 241 John Knox Road, Tallahassee, FL 32303, or Big Bend Hospice, 1723 Mahan Center Blvd., Tallahassee, FL 32308. She was a member of the Thomas Memorial Baptist Church in Quincy. She is survived by her husband, Kenneth F. Jones of Chattahoochee; her father and mother, Chester Jr. and Johnnie Wilson Whiddon of Chattahoochee; three brothers, Pete Whiddon and Mickey Whiddon of Chattahoochee, and Marty Whiddon of Felda; and a sister, Jennifer Roberson of Chattahoochee. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Carrie.
