James attended Klamath Union High School in Klamath Falls, Ore. Graduating from Vancouver, Wash. high school, he attended EWU receiving many certificates in drug and alcohol counseling. He was very articulate and wrote many grants for DAPC to help further their programs. He taught Chemical Dependency at Lower Columbia College and was very well known for his work in drug court.
James is survived by his daughter, Madison LeFever of Longview, Wash.; sister, Kerri LeFever and brother Marlin LeFever both of Vancouver, Wash. and sister, Lynette Baran of Gig Harbor, Wash.; numerous aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents, grandparents and aunts.
He was the grandson of James Sudbury and
Dorothy Sudbury.
