Frances M. Morehead, 89, of Enid, Okla., died Aug. 1. Services were Aug. 6, with burial at Crown Hill Cemetery. Mrs Morehead was born in Belleville, Kan., on Sept 24, 1906. She married Mearle Morehead, 1931. She graduated from Deer Trail High School. She and her husband farmed in Kansas. She was a member of the Derby Plain Janes and the Derby Community Church. Survivors include daughters Barbara Sturdevant of Oklahoma, Faye Zeiler of Wyoming; sons Melvin of New Mexico, Tom of Denver; sisters Emma Pundt of Canon City, Mary Rowley of Commerce City, Margaret Jones of Washington; 16 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; a great-great-granddaughter.
