Christina B. "Teeny" Holland, 87, of Sandstone went home to be with the Lord, Friday September 20, 2013 at the home of her daughter following a long illness.

Born October 10, 1925 at Sandstone she was the daughter of the late Elbert and Mary Myrtle Cantrell Bragg.

A member of Sandstone Baptist Church where she sang in the choir as long as health permitted, retired in 1986 from Summers County Hospital with 17 years of service, she loved gardening and her flowers. Mrs. Holland was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great-great grandmother.

Preceded in death by her husband, Clifford Clayton Holland; two sons, Harvey Clayton and Wesley Hunter; one sister, Charlotte Ayers and two brothers, Calvin and Jimmy Bragg.

Those left to cherish her memory include four children, Harold Holland and wife Kay of Forest Hill, Howard Holland and wife Charmaine of Texas, Eugene Holland and wife Jan of Sandstone and Cleitus Spade and husband Mike of Sandstone; eleven grandchildren, twenty-seven great grandchildren, one great-great grandchild, one sister, Geraldine Harris of Meadow Creek and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held 1:00 pm Monday September 23, 2013 at the Ronald Meadows Funeral Parlors Chapel with Pastors George Clarkson and George Cook officiating.

Burial will follow in Restwood Memorial Gardens near Hinton. Friends may call from 11:00 am until service time on Monday.

Jay Holland, Clay Holland, Jonathan Spade, Joshua Spade, Damian Holland and Dale Pack will serve as pallbearers.
