Barbara was born in Massillon, Ohio on July 19, 1928; the daughter of John Warren Bullach and Catherine Coleman Bullach.
She graduated from Washington High School and attended Baldwin-Wallace College.
Barbara is survived by John Richardson Clugh, her loving husband of 40 years, daughters Catherine Curry Eberly (Robert) and Constance Curry Bost (Gary), step-daughters Barbara Clugh Larsen (Corky), Laurie Clugh Pellizzari (Jeff) Christine Clugh Knotts (Greg), brother John Warren Bullach (Dianne) as well as five grandchildren, three great grandchildren, two nieces and a nephew.
Proceeded in death by her parents, daughter Caryn Ann Curry and step-mother Zelma Robertson Bullach.
Barbara loved gardening, traveling, entertaining friends and family at home and serving others. She especially enjoyed the many years she and her husband John lived in Arizona; both Sedona and Green Valley. Barbara loved to plant seeds of thoughts in her family and plants in her gardens.
She loved to be regarded first as a child of God, then a wife, a mother, a grandmother, a great-grand mother. Her greatest reward was when her children told her that they had seen God through her eyes; "What more could a mother wish for?" After serving for many years alongside her husband as a dental assistant at Stow Dental Group Barbara become an Orofacial Myofunctional Therapist and served successfully in that position for many years. Her civic and church involvement started in Norwalk, Ohio where she first served as a deaconess at Norwalk Presbyterian Church and was President of Beta Sigma Phi sorority.
After moving to Aurora she became a shepard and a deaconess at the Church in Aurora where she also received her Stephen's Ministry training and served on the Missions Board. Moving to Green Valley, Arizona for the winters, Barbara became active in the Stephen's Ministry program at Valley Presbyterian serving in several leadership roles. For many years Barbara delivered weekly Mobile Meals to home bound seniors in Portage County.
Having participated in the Walk to Emmaus in Ohio, Barbara joined her husband in activities of the Kairos Prison Ministry both inside of prison and with those left on the outside. This is a very meaningful ministry and one that Barbara truly loved. Barbara was a member of the Aurora Campus of Christ Community Chapel, She served as a Stephen's Minister both in Aurora and Green Valley, Arizona.
She also was involved in the Western Reserve Walk to Emmaus community and Kairos Prison Ministry where she severed as a leader of the Tucson Outside community.
