Conard was born to Maxie and Hattie Cline June 4, 1938 in Paragould.
Mr. Cline enjoyed fishing, gardening and junking.
Conard is preceded in death by his parents, two sisters and one brother.
Conard is survived by his children Gary Cline and Terry Cline of Paragould, Connie Cline of Little Rock, Arkansas and Chris Cline of Paragould, fiancée Mary Ann Dickerson, three stepchildren Thurma Jane Forkum, Samantha Goodman and Seth Dickerson, seven grandchildren, five great grand-children, one brother Jackie Cline of Paragould, one sister Louise Williams of Rockford, Illinois.
Memorial services were held in the Heath Colonial Chapel. Heath Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
