Margaret was born in Galveston County, Texas, to the late Harry and Roberta Partin Lee. She was raised in and attended school in Fort Worth. She married Volney Earl Titus in 1942 and they had three children. In 1955, she married Ernest Waldrop. Margaret was a charter member of Trinity Church and retired from the State of Texas Dept of CPS in 1993. Her family and church were the main focus of her life.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 21 years, Ernest; son, Jack Edward Titus on July 8, 1991; grandson, Jeffrey Titus; twin sister, Marjorie Stevens.
Survivors include sons, William Earl Titus and wife, Donna, and Robert L. Waldrop and wife, Barbara; daughter, Barbara Jean Titus Waldrop; seven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; other relatives and many friends.
