Funeral Services will be held at 11a.m. Friday, at Bible Deliverance Temple with Rev. H.K. McKnight, Rev. H. Kelly McKnight and Rev. George Webb officiating. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park.
Pallbearers will be Brian Cowart, Ronald Cowart II, Thomas Ginn, Joshua Logan, Jody Rodgers and Michael Ledbetter.
Survivors include her son, Monroe Ginn, Jr.; her step-son, David Barber; her daughters, Becky Cowart, Nona Logan and Tonya Cowart; eight grandchildren and three loving nieces.
Mrs. Barber was born in Monroe, to Thomas O'Neal Halford and Sarah Johnson Halford. She was a member of Bible Deliverance Temple where she taught the Junior Sunday School Class and was the pianist for the Children's Department.
The family will receive friends this evening from 7 until 9p.m.
