Melissa Andrea Wheeler-Gonzales of Lithonia, GA passed away Friday August 23, 2013 at her residence. She was born on June 22, 1961 in Conyers, GA to Billy and Sara Andrea Johnson Costley.
She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She enjoyed playing bingo, going on cruises, spending time in Mexico and with her grandchildren.
Mrs. Wheeler-Gonzales is survived by Her loving husband of 18 years Jose Luz Gonzales, her mother Sara Costley of Conyers, sons Robert Wheeler of Covington, Michael Wheeler of Conyers, brother Billy Costley of Conyers, sister Tabby Costley of Conyers, grandchildren Josh Wheeler and Gavin Wheeler, Guenevere, and she loved Sissy and Lorie.
She is preceded in death by her father Billy Costley.
Services will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday August 29, 2013 in the Chapel of Wheeler Funeral Home. Interment will be in Green Meadow Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, August 28, 2013 from 6:00 – 9:00 PM.
