He married Feb. 28, 1906 in Carmen, Oklahoma to Mary Lillian Pearson they were blessed with 6 children;Florence Irene Brooks Walter Francis Brooks, Vera Lois Brooks, Robert Arnold Brooks, Baby Girl Brooks and Doris Marie Brooks, they would loose 4 of their children; one at about 3 years old and the other 3 at birth.
