PAGELAND - Services for Sarah P. Horne, 80, were held Thursday at Smyrna Baptist Church, with burial in the church cemetery. Sutton Funeral Home was in charge.
Mrs. Horne died Wednesday, Oct. 21, 1998 at Union Regional Mediacl Center in Monroe, NC. Born in Pageland, she was a daughter of the late John and Minnie Moore Price. She retired from Chesterfield Yarn Mill. She was married to the late Rufus A. Horne.
Surviving are her son, Jerry Horne; grandson Scott Horne; sisters Jenette Holley, Grace Carnes, Letha Ford and Fannie Hathaway, all of Pageland.
