Frederick M. Gilsinger, 88, of Kewanna, IN passed away at 3:55 PM Wednesday, September 18, 2013 at Creasy Springs Health Campus, Lafayette, IN. He was born on March 13, 1925 in Chicago, IL. In April 1946, Fred married Jessie Morgan. She preceded him in death on April 18, 1996.
Fred was a 1943 graduate of Winamac High School. He was a Second Lieutenant and served as a Pilot in the US Army Air Corps during WWII.
Fred was a member of St. Anne's Catholic Church, Monterey, IN.
He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather and will be dearly missed.

Visitation will be from 3:00 - 6:30 PM EDT Sunday, September 22, 2013 at Frain Mortuary. A Scriptural Wake Service will be held at 6:30 PM EDT Sunday at the funeral home.
