Our beloved wife, mother, daughter, sister, niece, cousin, and aunt completed her earthly journey and returned to her Heavenly parents on Saturday, 14 September 2013 in Salt Lake City Utah of complications following a short illness.
Traci was born 19 April 1977 in Bountiful, Utah to Jon Arthur and Chaleh Terry Reed. She spent many of her happy childhood days growing up with her family in Kanab, Utah, where she enjoyed horseback riding, laughing, and playing with her friends, cousins, and sisters and also visiting with her dear Grandma and Grandpa Reed.
When the family moved to Bountiful in 1994, she attended and graduated from Viewmont High School in 1995. While there, she met and married her high school sweetheart and love of her life, Justin Verg Johnson, on 11 May 1996 in the Salt Lake Temple for time and all eternity. Together, they gave birth to and raised their three beautiful children: Taylor, Hunter, and Heather.
Traci loved to quilt, crochet, and shop, fish, camp, and horseback riding but above that it was anything that involved time with her family. She loved animals and had quite the collection of pets at any given time in her life, but most of all she loved her family and the Lord.
She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and enjoyed serving faithfully in her primary calling with her husband, singing, and many other callings in the Church. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
She is survived by her husband, Justin; children, Taylor Scott (14), Hunter Reed (12), and Heather Chaleh (10); parents, Jon and Chaleh Reed; sisters, Melanie (Todd) St. Onge, Kimberly "Kimmi" (Todd) Abbott, and Lindsy (Matt) Ruma; in-laws, Patrick and Margia Flaa, Michael Johnson, Russell Johnson, and Luke (Rebecca) Johnson; eight nephews and seven nieces, and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Jack and Nola Reed, Myralee Robb Terry, and Dale O. Terry; aunts, Karon Reed Jacobsen, Gevane Terry McCllelan, and Candy Sue Terry Lindsay; and uncle, Guy Alden Reed.
There will be a viewing held on Friday, September 20, 2013 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Russon Brothers Bountiful Mortuary 295 North Main Street, Bountiful, and Saturday, September 21, 2013 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints Stake Center, 3599 South Orchard Drive, Bountiful, from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. and funeral at 11:00 a.m.
