Marie Barger, 86, of Eddyville, died 4 a.m. Friday, June 25, 2004, at her residence.
Services will be held 2 p.m. Sunday, June 27, 2004, at Aly Funeral Home in Eddyville with the Rev. Budy Sork officiating. Burial will be in New Home Cemetery. Visitation is after 6 p.m. Saturday, June 26, 2004, at the funeral home.
She was born March 9, 1918, in Delwood to the late Elmer and Bell (Souheaver) Randolph. In 1940, she married Paul Barger.
She was a homemaker.
She is survived by a son, Scott Maxwell of St. Charles; four daughters, Sue Whittington of Eddyville, Jill Cunningham of Glendale, Vivian Reynolds of Lisle and Darlene Fedinardo of Plainfield; three sisters, Mildred Williams of Eddyville, Berniece Terpening of Hampton, Va. and Irene Bennett of Westchester; 11 grandchildren, Kim Devoss, Rebeccah Vento, Robert Maxwell, Debarah Keifer, Susan Guevara, Carl D. Ostling, Stacy Reynolds, Gregory Reynolds, John Ferdinardo, Carmen Ferdinardo and Christopher Ferdinardo; and 11 great-grandchildren, Leah Vento, Elio Vento, Laura Vento, David Devoss, John Keifer, Audrey Guevara, Angela Ferdinardo, Francesca Ferdinardo, C. J. Ferdinardo, Gabrielle Ferdinardo and Christopher Ferdinaro.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Jennifer Ferdinaro; two sons-in-law, John Whittington and Randy Reynolds; four brothers, Maxie, Virgil, Lenzie and Dean Randolph; and a sister, Beaulah Dixon.
