Thomas Aitken was born on 22 Mar 1901 in Mauchline, Ayrshire, Scotland to Hugh Aitken and Elizabeth Wilson. On 22 Sep 1927 he married Edith Mary Monica Kneller and together they had five daughters, two being E Margaret and Elizabeth R. Thomas was a Look-out Station man working for Forestry. He passed away in the Vernon Jubilee Hospital on 6 Jan 1984.
