Died the same day as his grandfather James C.Anderson from complications of the 1918 flu epidemic. He also shared March 16 as a birthday with his grand father. He had been drafted into the Army (World War 1) & had been sent back home because he was so sick. He made it back as far as Campbell Al. where he died. Never married.
