She was born at Casey, the daughter of Charles Monroe Wright and Sarah Ethel Walters Wright.
She married Ralph Goodson in 1937. He died in April 1981.
She is survived by three daughters, Barbara Lyday of Winamac, Indiana, Wanda Stevens of Hobart, Indiana and Kay Rambo of Star City, Indiana; two sons, Ralph Goodson Jr. of Aurora and Michael Goodson of Highland, Indiana; one brother, Keith Wright of Casey; one sister, Helen Wright of Aurora; 15 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren and nine great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by four brothers and two sisters.
