On Sunday, May 24, 2020, Carol Joyce Herring Reynolds, 92, slipped peacefully into the arms of Jesus.
Mrs. Reynolds was born December 30, 1927 in Dallas, Texas the daughter of Roy and Thelma Alleyne Barrett Herring. She married the love of her life, Lendon Dale Reynolds, May 5, 1946 in Denison, Texas. Carol loved the Lord and was a member of Preston Baptist Church in Plano, Texas. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and friend. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Mrs. Reynolds leaves behind her beloved family, son, Michael Reynolds and wife, Celeste of The Colony, TX; daughter, Linda Tate and husband, Gary of Cedar Hill, TX; grandsons: Lendon Reynolds of The Colony, TX; Matthew Reynolds and wife, Jan of Allen, TX; granddaughter, Amy Tate of Dallas, TX; and great granddaughter, Cassandra Reynolds Baer and husband, Jeffrey of the Colony, TX. She was preceded in death by her father, Roy Clarence Herring; mother, Thelma Alleyne Barrett Herring Nall; step father, Thomas Nall; husband, Lendon Dale Reynolds; and brother, Roy Barrett Herring.
