van, 78, died Sunday night at the
Greeley County Hospital.
He was born Nov. 24, 1883, a
Howard, and. lived most of his life
at Utica. He moved to Tribun
four years ago.
Survivors include the widow
Ida Mae; five sons, Charles, Su
mas, Wash.; P. D., Santa Anna
Calif.; Trusler, Lincoln, Neb.
Verbin and Oren, Tribune; two
daughters, Mrs. Lavilla Sculley
Beeler; Mrs. Fern Dalian, Hugoton;
a sister, Mrs. Belle Owens
Dighton; 21 grandchildren and 20
great-grandchildren.
Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday
at the Utica Methodist
Church with Rev. Jack Kersendrock
officiating and burial in
Utica Cemetery
