Margaret Janssen Koenig, 91, of Nixon died Tuesday, July 11, 1995.
She was born Sept. 24, 1903 in Moulton to the late John L. and Anna Neimeyer Janssen. The homemaker was a member of First English Lutheran Church in Victoria.
Survivors: daughters, Margie Bodden of Karnes City and Joyce Henry of Clinton, Ohio; sons, R. J. Koening of Westhoff and Oliver Koenig of Victoria; 22 grandchildren; 46 great-grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren; three great-stepgrandchildren and three great-great-stepgrandchildren.
Preceded in death by: husband, Emil Koening; parents; and one grandson on Feb. 9, 1994.
Visitation: 7-8 p.m. Thursday, Rosewood Funeral Chapels.
Services: 11 a.m. Friday, First English Lutheran Church, the Revs. J. Elliott Pancoast and David Tart officiating.
Burial: Memory Gardens Cemetery, Rosewood Funeral Chapels, Victoria, 573-4546.
