Angela "Diane" Frasier, age 63, passed away on Friday, September 13, 2013, while surrounded by her loving family.

Diane was born April 13, 1950 in Hopkinsville, Kentucky to Alma Wells Cavanah and Leatus Norman McIntosh. Diane worked in the office at Rosenwald Junior High for 20 years. She loved to read, go to yard sales and shop. She farmed in Tennessee while raising her family and moved back to Panama City, where she enjoyed her career as an administrative secretary at Rosenwald Middle School and C.C. Washington Academy.

She is survived by one daughter: Pam Baker two sons: Larry Nelson and wife Carla and Foster Nelson and wife Pat. Stepfather: James Cavanah; two brothers: Butch Cavanah and Lee McIntosh and wife Vickie; three sisters: Gwinda Stevens and husband Don, Kathy McClellan and husband Randall and Cindy Rogers and husband Jim. grandchildren: Joseph Baker and wife Courtney, Kristy Lawson, Raymond Nelson, David Nelson great-grandchildren: Landyn, Bryson, and Graysen Baker, Diane also left numerous nieces, nephews and extended family to mourn her loss.

Diane was preceded in death by her parents: Leatus Norman McIntosh and Alma Wells Cavanah; Sisters: Rhonda Earl and Devona Ruley; brother: David Cavanah and Granddaughter: Danielle Grier.

Services will be held at 4:00 p.m. at Heritage Funeral Home Chapel on Monday, September 16, 2013 with Rev. Sue Nelson officiating. Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 15, 2013 at Heritage Funeral Home. Interment will be in Judges Chapel Cemetery in Crofton, Kentucky on Thursday, September 19, 2013. Pallbearers will be Brian Kimbell, Jimmy Young, Joseph Baker, Jonathan Young, Johnny Young and James Stevens.
