His personal achievements were far more important, most notably being a faithful servant of Jesus Christ for over 80 years, being faithfully married for almost 60 years, and being the dearly loved patriarch of a family that exceeds 100 members. Justin was a keen bird-watcher, astronomer, and creationist. He was a classical music enthusiast, and in his retirement years he enjoyed being â??proprietorâ?? of the Hubbard Street Bird Sanctuary and the Mill Creek Wildlife Sanctuary (his backyards). He is remembered by many people for being an outstanding Bible teacher, and he served enthusiastically with Gideons International for many years. Justin was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Lillian Crawford Long, of Elbert County, GA, and one granddaughter. He is survived by his eleven children, Justin Truman (and Penny) Long, Faith Long (and Phil) Bausch, Dr. Ben (and Connie) Long, Lois Ann Long, Carol Long (and Phil) Gruber, David Long, Daniel (and Linda) Long, James (and Denise) Long, Jonathan (and Kathy) Long, Dottie Long (and Conrad) Smith, and Debbie Long (and Mark) Spicer, 33 grandchildren, and 34 great-grandchildren.
