Born Feb. 6, 1887, in Landeck, she was the daughter of Dominic and Mary Siemet Shelley. She was married to Henry Kitchen, who survives.
A member of St. John's Catholic Church, she was a retired employe of St. Rita's Hospital, where she had worked 22 years.
Surviving in addition to her husband are four sons, Paul of 1015 Oxford, Melvin of 1936 Burch, James of 1103 Oxford and Raymond of 1101 Oxford; two daughters, Mrs. Jess (Lucille) Lewis of 1006 Oxford and Mrs. Howard (Dorothy) Covault of Wilmington, Calif.; four sisters, Mrs. Edith Hermiller of Glandorf, Mrs. Edna Burton of Ida, Mich., Mrs. Annie McDonald and Mrs. Loretta Alt, both of Miller City; 17 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
Requiem High Mass will be offered at 10 a.m. Tuesday in the church, with burial in Memorial Park Cemetery.
Friends may call at Siferd Main Street Chapel, where the Rosary will be recited at 8 p.m. Monday.
