Macon, GA- Joann McCollum, age 62, passed away on Friday, September 13, 2013. Chapel services will be held at 1 PM on Tuesday, September 17, 2013 at Crest Lawn Funeral Home. Pastor Rodney Queen will officiate. Interment will follow in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens. The family will greet friends from 6 to 8 PM on Monday evening at Crest Lawn.
Joann was born in Macon and was a 1969 graduate of McEvoy High School. She loved her Lord Jesus, her children and grandchildren. Joann was all about family and friends and was a blessing to everyone she met. She loved to cook and was very artistic. Joann was a charter member of Gilead Baptist and a current member of Cathedral of Christ. She was predeceased by her parents Joe and Ethel Gay Goodwin.
