Ricky Wayne Adams, 53 of 256 Stony Point School Road, Stony Point, passed away Wednesday, Feb. 22, 2006, at his home. He was born in Caldwell County on Oct. 26, 1952, son of Marvin Hall of Wilkesboro and the late Magie Levone Adams Spears. He was a truck driver and a member of Victory Baptist Church.

In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by one sister, Debra Lynn Wingler.

In addition to his father, he is survived by his wife, Brenda Snead Adams, of the home, his step-father, Tam Spears of Statesville, four sons, Timothy Adams, Tony Isenhour, Larry Isenhour and Jerry Isenhour, all of Statesville, one daughter Anita Toflinski of Statesville, two brothers Jeff Wingler and Tommy Wingler both of Statesville, six grandchildren, Brittany Adams, Elizabeth Toflinski, Jonathan Glass, Tony Isenhour ll, Larry Isenhour II and Dean McClain.

Funeral services are scheduled for Saturday at 11 a.m. at Victory Baptist Church. The Rev. Mitchell Rash and the Rev. James Moore will officiate. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The body will lie in state at the church 30 minutes prior to the funeral.

The family will receive friends Friday evening from 6 to 8:30 p.m. at Chapman Funeral Home and at other times will assemble at the home of his son Tim, 347 Alpine Circle, Statesville.

Serving as pallbearers will be Tim Adams, Tommy Wingler, Jeff Wingler, Larry Isenhour, Jerry Isenhour, Tony Isenhour, Kevin Toflinski and Jonothan Glass.
