Brockhaus Funeral Home of Verdigre is in charge of local arrangements. The son of Christopher and Maude (French) Peterson was born March 20, 1917, at Tekamah. He attended Tekamah Public School, graduating in 1935. On June 22, 1935, he was married to Laura A. Carmichael at Blair. They moved to California in 1957 where he was a mechanic for GTE. He retired and moved to Verdigre in 1980." He was survived by 1 daughter and her husband, 3 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren. "He was preceded in death by his wife and one son."
