TORONTO-Rebecca E. "Becky" Chadwick, age 83 of Toronto, Ohio, passed away Friday, Sept. 13, 2013, at the Life Line Hospital, Wintersville, Ohio, after a lengthy illness.

She was born July 23, 1930 in Toronto, Ohio, the daughter of the late Lawrence Ignatius Hughes and Mary Elizabeth Ferguson Hughes.

Mrs. Chadwick is survived by her husband, Robert V. "Bob" Chadwick of the family home; daughter, Colleen Anderson of Glendale, Calif.; sons, Robert "Bobby" Chadwick of Leavenworth, Kan. and Mark Stephen Chadwick of the family home; four grandchildren, one great-grandson and sister, Marie Bernabei of Toronto, Ohio.

Mrs. Chadwick was a member of the St. Francis of Assisi Roman Catholic Church of Toronto, was a 1948 graduate of Toronto High School and had worked in the office at her father's store, the former Hughes Furniture Store in Toronto.

Interment will follow at the Toronto Union Cemetery.
