Funeral services for Mrs. Diane Pollock Britt, age, 67, are scheduled for 1 PM on Monday, September 16, 2013 at the Restored Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints with Elder. Steve Ferguson, Elder. Paul Simmons, and Elder. Tom Watts officiating. Burial will follow in Bailey Cemetery.
Mrs. Britt passed away Saturday, September 14, 2013 in her home, in Jackson, TN.
She was born February 22, 1946 in Henderson County, TN to the late George and Winnie Bailey Pollock.
Mrs. Britt was the Director of Dental Services for the Developmental Disabilities Clinic, a devoted care giver to her mother, and a wonderful grandmother to her five grandchildren.
Mrs. Diane enjoyed church services, Bible study, and fellowship with her church family.
Mrs. Diane was preceded in death by a brother, Sonny Pollock.
Survivors include her husband of 49 years, Mr. Fate Britt Jr., two daughters, Veronica Britt Ashlock (Michael), and Melissa Britt Resneck, one brother, Mike Pollock, and four sisters, Peggy Segerson, Betty Hudson, Darlene Kurkendall, and Brenda King, also five grandchildren, Christan Burnett, Brittney Burnett, Micah Ashlock, Evan Ashlock, and Ellie Ashlock.
