Justin Anthony Riley, died at Shenandoah Memorial Hospital, Woodstock. As a young boy, Justin played soccer on a select team; he attended Osbourn Park High School where he played varsity football for three years and this past fall he played on Sundays at Signal Hill Park. Justin enjoyed bowling at Bowl America in Woodbridge on Wednesday nights with his mom and grandma.

He was a Washington Redskins fan and an accomplished pool player. Justin was the No. 4 salesman in the nation and No. 2 in the state for selling Honda products. He was a member of Manassas Assembly of God. He was an organ donor.

He was preceded in death by his father, James Marion Riley Jr. He is survived by his mother, sister, brother, his maternal grandparents, paternal grandmother, numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
