Funeral services for James H. Booth, 74, Ericson, who died at Burwell hospital Monday will be held from the Ericson Methodist church Thursday afternoon, Rev. Chas. Cox will officiate.
Mr. Booth was a native of Albany, Ill. He came to Ericson from Missouri in 1898, operating a ranch northeast of town until his retirement a few years ago. He married Ruth Evans in Ord in 1911.
Survivors include his wife, sons James Jr. and Ed of Ericson, brothers Lewis, Yakima, Wash, Merril, Minatare, Walter, Spokane, Wash., sisters Mrs. Basha Ashton, Monticello, Ill., Mrs. Lota Barkhurst, San Diego, Mrs. Clara Ellison, Monrovia and Mildred Booth, Santa Barbara, Calif.
Interment will be in Ord cemetery.
