A native of Taylors, daughter of the late Thomas Redmond and Lula Green Fowler, she was a retired employee of Greenville Hospital System and a member of Double Springs Baptist Church.
Surviving are one son, Charles Dewey Waters, Jr., of Taylors; three grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Waters was predeceased by a brother, Louie Fowler and a sister, Ann Bishop.
Visitation will be held 12:30-1:30 p.m. Tuesday at Wood Mortuary.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Tuesday at Wood Mortuary conducted by Rev. Thomas Riddle and Dr. Tim Waters. A private committal will be held.
