Terry Lynn Bullard, 45, of Cedar Heights Apartments, died Thursday, November 30, 3000, at Flowers Hospital Emergency Room following an apparent heart attack.
Graveside services will be held 9:30 a.m. Saturday, December 2, 2000, at Sunset Memorial Park with Rev. Gary Burton officiating and Byrd Funeral Home directing.
In Lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Middleton Group Home, 134 Prevatt Road, Dothan, Alabama, 36301.
Mr. Bullard was born November 21, 1955, in Dale County, Alabama and had resided in Dothan most of his life. He was a former employee of Dunn-Barton Manufacturing Company and also Collins Sign Company.
Survivors include his mother, Myra N. York, Hope Hull, Alabama; two sisters, Debby Shehane and husband, Kendall, Montgomery, Donna Fallis and husband, Tim, Dallas, Texas; grandmother, Myrle Creel, Hartford; an uncle, William Palmer, Memphis, Tennessee; several nieces and nephews.
Mr. Bullard was predeceased by his father, Robert "Bob" Bullard, a brother, Larry Bullard and step-father, Travis York.
