Deb was single with no children. Although she had her furbaby Roscoe for 16 years and he was like her own child. She loved cooking and baking. She loved to sing, play computer games, and read.
She was so loving and caring. She would help anyone who needed it. Deb had a very outgoing personality and loved to laugh and make others laugh. She was the best friend you could ever have.
She is loved and missed so much!

She was born in Gordon County, daughter of the late Wallace F. "Footsie" Baldwin and the former Viola E. Parker.
