She was born Feb. 17, 1959, in Jersey County, the daughter of Les Sullivan and Emma Lou (Miller) Sullivan of Jerseyville.
While living in Jacksonville, she had worked at Hertzberg Book Binding Co.
She is survived by her mother, Emma Lou Sullivan of Jerseyville; sisters, Cindy (Brad) Coffman of Jerseyville, Debra Madden and Jan Sullivan of Houston, Texas, Lori (Danny) Garwick of Texas City, Texas; nephews, Jeremy (Deehan) Coffman of Grafton and Drew Conley of Fort Dettrick, Md.; nieces, Jennifer (Mike) Koenig of Jerseyville, Heather Madden and companion, Joe Engleton, of Houston, Texas, Amanda Conley of Webster, Texas, and Emily Garwick of Texas City, Texas; her very special great niece and nephews whom she loved very much, Alex, Shelby, Hunter, Adam and Sam.
She was preceded in death by her father, brother Randy Sullivan; grandparents, Rabb and Stella (Johnson) Miller and Walter and Verle (Watson) Sullivan.
Memorial visitation from 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday, June, 2, at Lincoln Avenue Baptist Church, 951 Lincoln Ave., Jacksonville, IL 62650, and again from 5 to 7 p.m. Saturday, June 2, at Alexander and Gubser Funeral Home in Jerseyville. Pastor Duncan Locke will officiate.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the T.I.P. Hospice or Lincoln Avenue Baptist Church in Jacksonville, Ill.
