She was born in Erie on November 11, 1990, daughter of Pastor William D. Young and the late Peggie Ann Carr Young.
A lifelong resident of Erie, she was a 2009 graduate of Central Tech High School and was attending classes through Jobs Corps in Charleston, W.Va.
She was a member Mt. Gerizim Christian Center. Victoria enjoyed any type of artwork (painting, drawings, etc.) fishing, playing video games, and watching movies. She was a tender soul with a big heart and is dearly missed by her family.
Besides her mother, she was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, William H. and Dora Mae Mills Young.
In addition to her father, she leaves to cherish her memory a brother, David Joseph Young (Jennifer Crawford) of Moon Township (Pittsburgh), Pa.; and a sister, Sarah K. Young, of Erie; her maternal grandparents, Rev. Fletcher Carr, Sr. and Louella Rose Carr; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, and friends.
Friends may visit with the family on Saturday, 10 a.m. until 12 p.m. (Noon) at Law Funeral Home, 2926 Pine Ave. A service will follow at noon conducted by Pastor Clifton Martin. Interment in Erie Cemetery.
