Joseph was born in Rushville Indiana, on September 13, 1948, son of Harold I Stark, of Indpls and the late Ruby M (Browning) Stark. He is survived by His father, Harold I Stark, Indianapolis IN, 3 Daughters- Kristie (Scott) Brannin, Westport IN-Kellie Stark, Shelbyville IN- Koretta (Joe) Smiley, Rushville IN. Sister- Jane A. (Craig) Bradley, New Palestine IN. Brother- Edward (Sharon) Stark, Greenfield IN. Special Friend-Evelyn Lowe, New Castle IN. 10 Grandkids, several neices and nephews. Proceeded in death by Mother, Ruby B. Stark, and a Great nephew. Employee of Rushville Utilities for 25 years- Rushville Volunteer Fire Departmant many years- Rush County Fair Board - coach and president of the Rushville girls softball league.- U.S. Army Reserves 18yrs
