Funeral is 2 p.m. Wednesday at Pearl Baptist Church with the Rev. Robert Wensil officiating. Burial is in Forest Lawn Cemetery. The body will lie in state 30 minutes prior to the service at the church. Visitation is 6-8 tonight at Warlick Funeral Home.
Born Aug. 28, 1920, in Lincoln County, Mr. Richard was a son of the late D. Clayton and Rena Hull Richard, father of the late Brenda Gale Richard Sain, was a press operator for Reynolds Metal, and a WWII Army veteran.
