Edgar E. Jenson, son of James
Jenson and Alice Amy Boyce, was
born on May 21, 1895 at Newell.
He married Bernice Agnes Winn
on Nov. 10, 1917. They had two
daughters, Norma Bernice and
Carol Ardis. She died Sept. 20, 1936.
In 1937, he married Nina Townsend.
She died May 2, 1942. On December
26, 1949, he was married to Isabel
McMahon at Chicago, Ill. To this
union, one son, Edgar James, was
born. In1 950, Mr. Jenson adopted
Donald McMahon.
Jenson was a member of the
United Methodist Church and a 40
year member of Odd Fellows Lodge
No. 221, Encampment and Canton.
He farmed until the year of 1944
and later worked for HyGrade Packing
plant, retiring in 1964.
