Arthur William Gibbs age 83, of Corbin passed away Friday, March 8, 2013 at The Heritage in Corbin.
He was born at Grove, Kentucky to the late Ancil and Alice Ellison Gibbs.
He was an U.S. Army veteran, and retired from Naval Ordnance with 31 years of service, a member of Hugh Harris Masonic Lodge 938, and of the Baptist faith.
He is preceded in death by 2 sisters; Bethel Ketron and Ethel Johnson , 5 brothers; Lee, Albert ,Chester, Maynard, and Robert Gibbs and a great-grand daughter Mariah Faucher.
