Born December 12, 1958 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Vincent Joseph and Una Loy Turpin Keith.
Joe was an automotive machinist loved any kind of racing, raced and drove cars, former NHRA record holder. Lived to race. Constantly helping his neighbors and friends where he was born and raised. Loved children and working with his brother, Randy, and missed his other brother Tom.
Survived by his longtime girlfriend, Bev "still no shoes"; little girlfriend, Maddy, brothers, Randy, Christy and posse; Tom, his wife Shannon Weiler (Keith) of Kent, WA; nieces, Caitlin Ann, Nora Loy; long time friend, Brad Harmon. Preceded in death by his parents; and dog, Apollo.
A vigil service will be held Tuesday 8 p.m. at the Neil O'Donnell and Sons Mortuary, 372 E. 100 S. where friends may call from 6-8 p.m. Committal Wednesday 12 noon at Mt. Calvary Cemetery 4th Ave & T Street.
