Clay died after a fall in Lamoille Canyon Nevada. He was born to Jay Price Wadkins and Alice Bixler. Clay came to Elko in 1982 and was reared and schooled here. He moved to Twin Falls in 1997 where he had been employed at Amalgamated Sugar Factory as a laborer and most recently as a knife-setter. He is survived by his mother Alice Bixler of Elko; father, Jay Price Wadkins of Reno; stepfather, Jeff Baker of Elko; maternal grandparents, Roy and Jane Lee of Elko.
