Myrtle Louise Benson, (nee Shaddick), 89 of Lorain died Friday night, December 8, 2000 at Kingston of Vermilion Nursing Home, Vermilion, following a short illness.
Mrs. Benson was born October 27, 1911 in Lady Lake, Florida, living most of her life in Lorain.
She was a former member of the First Presbyterian Church in Lorain, and the United British Society.
She was preceded in death by her husband Thomas in November 14, 1981, her parents, William and Annie (nee Thomas) Shaddick, and a brother Thomas Shaddick.
The funeral service will be Tuesday, December 12, 2000. The Rev. James Smucker, Pastor of the Heritage Presbyterian Church will officiate. Burial will be at Elmwood Cemetery, Lorain.
