She moved with her parents to Hennessey as a small child and was a senior at Hennessey High School.
Monica died at the age of 17, Dec. 21, 1982.
She was survived by her parents; brother, Daniel Racer; sister, Alisa Racer; her grandmothers, Charlotte Schutkesting and Lela Racer.
Funeral services were in the Hennessey High School Gymnasium with burial at Hennessey Cemetery.
