He was born Aug. 25, 1954, in Casper but had lived in Cheyenne since he was a young boy.
Mr. Easley was employed as a truck driver by J.K. Williams Trucking in Lawrence, Kan.
He was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church.
Survivors include his mother, Helen Easley of Cheyenne; three brothers, John Easley of Cheyenne, Jim Easley of Flower Mound, Texas, and Thomas Easley of Kemmerer; and two sisters, Roberta Easley of Louisville, Texas, and Joan Easley of Cheyenne.
Mr. Easley was preceded in death by his father, Robert Easley.
