Son of H.M & E.J. Adair. (Hugh Montgomery Adair and Elizabeth J. Adair) also buried in same cemetery.

Date of birth is possibly April 18, 1878. The mother, Elizabeth J. (Hearst) Adair passed on April 28, 1878; then this child passed on May 5, 1878. A large piece of the marker is missing where the month of birth is recorded, but from one angle it could be viewed as April.

Plot number corresponds to the map as recorded in the canvass and survey from the American Indian Institute; "Our People And Where They Rest," (OPAWTR) James W. Tyner, Maxine Tyner and Alice Tyner Timmons, University of Oklahoma, Norman, OK. 1969-1985 (Library of Congress No. QE99-C5-T97) under "New Hope Cemetery."

Their information is given here as a historical reference and is presented "as is." Their book, like many such cemetery listing compilations, may contain errors. As with any genealogy information, this is merely a "source" and should be considered as such. It falls upon the end-user to verify the accuracy. Most of the volumes are available for online viewing, only at your LDS Family History Library, a partner library, or a Family History Center. (LDS)
