MAYFIELD, Ky. -- Memorial services for Jeanette Jones, 81, of Carmel, Ind., formerly of Graves County, will be at 3 p.m. Sunday at Owens Chapel Church, with the Rev. Ben Boone officiating. Burial will be in Owens Chapel Cemetery.

Mrs. Jones died at 11:55 a.m. Sunday at Sunrise of Carmel Nursing Home.

She was a former resident of Lexington, where she was a member of Centenary United Methodist Church.

Surviving are two daughters, Pamela K. Taylor of Carmel and Tamra S. Honchul of Ramstein Air Force Base, Germany; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Jones was preceded in death by her husband, Melvin B. Jones; one son, Ronald W. Jones; and two sisters. Her parents were Alvin H. and Allie Carter Harrell.

Friends may call from 5 to 7 p.m. Saturday at Byrn Funeral Home.
