Saturday, April 20, 2013 at St. Stephen's Episcopal Church. Walt was preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Grace Aikman. He is survived by his wife, Vera, of the home; children, Craig Aikman (Sara), of Mission, KS, Michael Aikman (Holly), of Topeka, KS, Wayne Aikman (Pamela), of Andover, Susan Runyan (Romney), of Derby; brother, Melvin Aikman (Pat), of Derby; grandchildren, Sydney Runyan, Noble Aikman, Elizabeth Aikman, Isabella Aikman, Carl Aikman, Grayson Aikman, Romey Runyan, and Ary Aikman.
