March 6, 1937 ~ March 5, 2019Gloria Mae Parker, age 81 of Georgetown, Ohio died Tuesday, March 5, 2019 at Clermont Mercy Hospital in Batavia, Ohio. Mrs. Parker was the former co-owner of Parker’s Pizza in Georgetown, Ohio. She was a member of the Georgetown Church of Christ, a former Georgetown Village council member, F.O.E. # 2293, George A. Lambert American Legion Post # 755 Auxiliary in Sardinia, Ohio and the Carey Bavis American Legion Post #180 Auxiliary in Georgetown, Ohio. She was born March 6, 1937 in Derby, Vermont the daughter of the late Albert and Pauline (Elie) Bullis. She was also preceded in death by her husband – Leland (Burt) Parker in 1997, one son – Roger Parker, two grandchildren – Missy and Mindy Lee Parker and one great granddaughter – Riley Nicole Gross.Mrs. Parker is survived by two sons – Mike Bullis and wife Wanda of Georgetown, Ohio and Joseph Parker and wife Penny of Williston, South Carolina; one daughter – Paula Yazell and husband Kenneth of Ripley, Ohio; six grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren; one sister – Bev Pauquette of Essex Junction, Vermont and two brothers – Paul Bullis of Essex Junction, Vermont and Ronnie Bullis and wife Mary of Florida.Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, March 9, 2019 at the Georgetown Church of Christ, 149 Hamer Road, Georgetown, Ohio. Scott Hennig will officiate. Visitation will be from 5:00 P.M. – 8:00 P.M. Friday at the church. Interment will be in the Confidence Cemetery in Georgetown, Ohio. The Cahall Funeral Home in Georgetown, Ohio is serving the family.
