Edna T. Butz, 88, of Allentown, died Friday in Westminster Village, Allentown. She was the widow of Earl Butz. She was a nurse for the Allentown Hospital for many years. Born in Valley View, Schuylkill County, she was a daughter of the late William and Belle (Wolfgang) Troutman. She was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church, Allentown. She was a graduate of the Allentown Hospital School of Nursing. Survivors: Son, Dr. Robert Earl of Dayton, Ohio; brothers, Bruce and Alvin Troutman, both of Valley View; two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Graveside services: Tuesday, Church of God Cemetery, Valley View, Schuylkill County. Call 10-11 a.m. Tuesday, Bachman Funeral Home, 1030 Walnut St., Allentown.
